What is your minimum order?
The minimum order is £75 plus VAT and carriage


Is there a minimum order per style?
No, unlike other wholesalers where you are required buy styles in packs of 6 or 12 for example, with London Rock, unless it states otherwise you can buy just one of a style. This allows you to get a good selection of jewellery without having to buy large quantities of one particular style.


What are the delivery charges?

£7.00 to mainland UK for 24 hour delivery.

Free for orders over £200 to UK mainland.

How long will it take to dispatch my order?
We endeavour to dispatch all orders on either the same day or by the next working day. For Mainland UK addresses we use a 24 hour delivery service.

For Scottish Offshore Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland and other countries we will endeavour to dispatch your order either the same day or the next working day. The delivery times may take between 1-4 days, but usually within 2 days. For more information please see delivery.


How can I pay?
Payment can be made online using PayPal or your credit/debit card. You are also able to pay over the phone using your credit/debit card during working hours. You can pay by bank transfer, BACS etc. London Rock's bank details are: Barclays Bank, London Rock (Wholesale) LTD, sort code: 20-01-96. Account number: 63074595. For any other payment methods please phone us. Goods will be dispatched once funds have cleared.


Do you charge VAT to customers outside the UK
No, You do not have to pay VAT if you are registered for VAT in an EU country. However, we will require your VAT number, your address and registered company name, otherwise VAT will be charged at the current UK rate.

If you are in the EU but not registered for VAT we will need to charge you VAT at the UK rate.

VAT will not be charged for countries outside the EU.

What is your returns policy?
Upon receipt of an order, we recommend you check your items immediately and inform us of any damaged items or incorrect quantities. Any goods you believe are defective must be returned to us with 14 days of purchase in its original card and packaging. For hygiene reason we do not accept returns on any worn items.

If we agree goods are defective through faulty workmanship we will credit your account within two weeks. We recommend using recorded delivery and keeping proof of postage. Returns are sent at your own expense.

Please note - imitation jewellery will go off colour over time, especially based metal jewellery. How quickly this occurs depends on their use and the environment in which they are worn and stored. We are sorry but we are unable to credit you for goods that have discoloured.
